Epson Aculaser M4000N – Ideal For Intensive Workload
The Epson Aculaser M4000N is a high-performance, A4, mono laser printer that delivers excellent quality with a capacity for expansion that ensures printing needs of the office for now and the future can be administered.
With an assurance of persistent performance that meet the expectations of taxing business work environments, the Epson Aculaser™ M4000N churns out up to 43ppm. The warm-up time is just 17 seconds and the first page print out time is just 7.9 seconds. With an optional duplex unit, print one hundred PDF pages in just less than two minutes…now that is amazing isn’t it!!! It’s not just the speed that the Epson Aculaser™ M4000N can boast off - it’s also the true resolution that it is capable of delivering – a splendid 1200dpi print resolution is maintained at all times, even at full speed.
The Epson AcuLaser™ M4000N uses Epson AcuBrite™ toners, which ensures uniformed toner particles and wax distribution providing consistent rich image quality. This unique printing technology provides excellent clarity with high sharpness and outstanding crisp, bold black text that lasts.
As the heading suggests this printer is ideal for intensive workloads -with a massive monthly print volume of 200,000 pages and a continuous heavy-duty printing at an average of 6,666 pages a day.
The Epson Aculaser™ M4000N is also a versatile network printer that seamlessly integrates into varied network environments – all supported with the built-in Standard EpsonNet 10/100 Base TX Ethernet, a high-speed USB, a parallel interface and an optional Type B interface - eliminating the need for additional hardware like adaptors and print server hubs. Ideal for growing organizations, the printer is designed to be expandable – ensuring cost-efficiency of hardware upgrades.
Equipped with two paper trays, the printer can accommodate up to 550 sheets of A4 paper and also has a separate tray for envelopes or special paper such as forms and letterheads, which can hold another 150 sheets.
TheEpson Aculaser™ M4000N is a user-Friendly and hassle-free printer that ensureseasy operation and maintenance. It has a large LCD screen that provides graphical support whenever necessary. You can also bookmark the frequently used menus and choose the option with the push of a button. Maintenance is simple and kept to a minimum with just a toner cartridge that lasts up to 20,000 prints and an extended life fuser unit that can last for 200,000 prints.
