Samsung Sch-a990 Review - a Review of the Samsung Sch-a990 Cell Phone
The Samsung SCH-A990 was designed with the intent to give consumers a near perfect hybrid between a mobile phone and a digital camera. The SCH-A990 design is smooth and slick - and its internal antenna makes it look less like a phone and more like a camera. The SCH-A990 is equipped with a serious 3.2 megapixel camera … and a whole list of camera related functions – including but not limited to video capturing capability.
The camera is capable of incredibly sharp and beautiful photography - so no matter where you happen to be you can take quality photos in an instant. The SCH-A990’s camera is complete with an LED flash, a 2X zoom, brightness, auto focus, shot mode, photo effects and quality settings - to ensure that you get the perfect picture.
Internally, the SCH-A990 has a 262K TFT screen for beautiful photo viewing and its 240 X 320 pixel resolution offers crystal-clear imagery. The phone also features PictBridge technology and an additional cable to connect it to a PictBridge-compatible printer and print your photos instantly … without the use of a computer.
In addition, a TV-out option and an included cable – this features enables you to connect the SCH-A990 directly to any TV or home theater system so that you can share your photos, videos and slide shows with an entire room full of people.
The camera also allows you to take snapshots of business cards using Samsung’s Biz Card Scan to scan information and store it directly in your phone. You can then transfer the business card information into a contact file.
