At .65 kws maximum, the unit is EnergyStar compatible and also compliant with Canon’s own “Generation Green” campaign rooted in energy efficient products and less waste.
Interestingly, the hardware is not compatible with Macintosh computers directly. The unit comes with a single USB interface which allows for Windows 7, Vista, XP, and 2000 integration but no Mac OS. The Canon Copier imageCLASS D320 is one of the simplest printers you can find on the market, and does well where it counts. If your personal demands do not include needs for a massive array of bells and whistles, or your home business prefers a simpler approach, the unit could be considered for a stylish compliment to your hardware.
